At OUM, every product is a conscious creation — handwoven, thoughtfully dyed, and rooted in sustainability. As each piece is made with care and intention, we ask that you choose mindfully before purchasing. However, we understand that sometimes expectations and realities may differ.

Returns

We currently do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or provide store credit in the following situations:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and inserts intact

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Genuine product concerns that align with our inspection guidelines
To initiate an exchange:

Email us at oum@iconicsportsco.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a brief reason for the request, and supporting images if applicable.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Upon receipt and inspection, you’ll receive a replacement item or store credit within 5–7 working days.
Please note:

Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, minor variations in color, weave, or print are natural and are not considered defects.

Products purchased as part of collaborations or limited-edition drops may not be eligible for exchange.
